Home Staging Consultations
We provide in-home consultations to explain everything to be done to best
show the property, inside and out. We provide a written To-Do List so the
homeowner can do most of the work themselves.
Paint / Color Consultations
A quick consultation to discuss colors for walls, trim, and accents. We also
discuss flooring, metal accents, as well as tips on what repairs or upgrades
we recommend to be done.
Furniture and Accessory Rental
We carry our own complete inventory that is very attractively priced.
We have a 2 month minimum which is the lowest in the industry.
Landscaping / Curb Appeal
We have a lot of expertise here to help on improving the outside.
Exterior Staging
We can provide patio furniture and stage to show the outside as
