Southern CA. We are fully licensed, accredited, and
insured.
Coast Home Staging is the largest ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) and ASPM
(Master Stager) full service Home Staging company in Southern CA.
The ASP and ASPM designations are #1 in the world! The ASP designation is from
StagedHomes.com, the largest Home Staging training and accreditation company in the
world and is the most widely used and recognized home staging credential.
We carry our own full line of furniture and accessories that are only used for Home Staging. Our
furnishings are always in very good to excellent condition and since it lasts a long time, we can
charge lower rates.

Sept 2010 - Staged the second home for Richstone Family Center in Hawthorne CA
to help support emancipated foster girls and young women. We raised over $12,000
in furniture, accessories, paint, carpet, and labor to totally transform their home.
Sept 2009 - Staged a home for Richstone Family Center supporting emancipated
Foster girls / women. Our IAHSP.com group raised approx $16,000 in furniture &
labor donations and transformed their home into a showcase.
Sept 2008 - Downtown Los Angeles Women's Center (Homeless women) - Staged
numerous rooms and collect thousands in donations - See Gallery for details / Photos
Mary’s Shelter for Pregnant Teenage Homeless Mothers (Annual Charity Event -
